New Paper Examines Impact of "Convenience" on Voters With Disabilities

A new paper by Peter Miller and Sierra Powell examines how voters with disabilities experience the election process. The data suggests that such voters cast ballots at a lower rate but that vote by mail can offset much of this effect.

In Fact, They DO Count: Anchorage Recertifies Election After 58 Misplaced Absentee Ballots Found
